QIGONG • YOGA
PRIVATE SESSION
Begin or deepen your practice of Qigong and/or
Yoga with private instruction. Meet once to fine-
tune your practice or meet regularly (weekly, bi-
weekly, monthly) for personalized instruction to
work within your unique abilities and needs.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED
PERSONAL HOME PRACTICE
Practice Yoga, Qigong, or a blend of both at home
or on the road with a personal practice designed
just for you. You choose the length of the routine
and describe the areas (physical, mental,
emotional, spiritual) you would like to address.
Includes a 1-hour private review with Lori and a
written description of the routine to take home.

PRIVATE SESSION POLICIES

Payment Private session fees are payable by cash or check only (or by PayPal in advance for a small additional handling fee). Appointments usually
involve 5-15 minutes of introductory discussion. This is considered part of the hour of treatment. Please specify if you would like to book a session longer
than an hour.

Confirm Availability Appointments shown on calendar below are the only appointments open at this time. Recently booked appointments may not be
reflected in this schedule, so please email to confirm availability.

Cancellations Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice if you cannot make a scheduled appointment, so the timeslot may be filled by another
client. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Late Arrival If you should arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the original fee will apply.
