Qigong for Stress Relief
Practice a variety of qigong forms to promote a
relaxed body and bring clarity and stillness to the
mind. Qigong forms include: Ocean Wave
Breathing, Opening the Chest, Rainbow in the Sky,
Moving the Clouds, Ride the Tiger's Back, Swinging
Arms to Purge Liver Qi, Muscle-Tendon
Strengthening, Watching Clouds Pass, and Quiet the
Mind. Ending meditation and guided imagery. 40
minutes.
Yoga Class
Practice a variety of standing and floor poses
designed to increase your inner strength, flexibility,
and peace of mind. 80 minutes.
Power Yoga Class
Practice surya namaskar (sun salutations) and flow
through poses to develop a strong yet supple body,
mind, and spirit.
Gentle Yoga Class
Practice soothing gentle poses and mindful
breathing and relaxation to de-stress, relax, and
rejuvenate your entire being.
Guided Relaxation, Volume 1
Track 1: Body Awareness (15 min) Revive your mind-body connection and begin to release stress by increasing awareness of subtle imbalances in
the physical body.
Track 2: Vital Breathing (17 min) Dramatically improve your overall physical health, emotional well-being, energy level, and connection to spirit using
the wave of the breath.
Track 3: Healing Your Heart (23 min) Soothe long-held emotions, resentment, anger, and fear and cultivate joy, kindness, and peace by cleansing the
energy of the heart center.
Track 4: Balancing the Elements (21 min) Cultivate harmony within body, mind, and spirit by exploring yoga's five elements (earth, water, fire, air, space).
Guided Relaxation, Volume 2
Track 1: Healing Waters (17 min) Strengthen and balance your immune and lymphatic systems by bathing your body in liquid life energy.
Track 2: Nourishing Your Body (18 min) Strengthen and balance your cardiovascular system by exploring the body's circulation and directing revitalizing
oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
Track 3: Feeding Your Fire (10 min) Strengthen and balance your digestive system by exploring the body's energy and capacity for processing food.
Track 4: Chakra Harmony (31 min) Strengthen and balance your endocrine system and overall sense of energy by exploring the seven chakras (energy
centers) along the spine.
Guided Relaxation, Volume 3
Track 1: Wuji Ai (Boundless Love) Meditation (25 min) Immerse your body in light and love, connect to the pulsing rhythm of the universe, and slip into
a state of no-mind.
Track 2: Dao (The Way) Meditation (10 min) Connect to nature with all your senses, uniting with the life force that pervades all that is.
Track 3: Ji Xiang (Auspicious) Meditation (14 min) Release your worries and manifest your desires by experiencing them as reality in your body, mind,
and heart.

Qigong for Yin Yang Balance
Practice a variety of qigong forms to bring balance to the physical body, the heart-mind, and the spirit. Yin and yang are explored in this session in the
dynamic interplay of the opposites of strength and softness, movement and stillness, and upward and downward flowing enerqy. Qigong forms
include: Five Element Massage, Ascending the Qi, Descending the Qi, Balancing the Qi, Descending the Yang/Ascending the Yin, Rolling the Ball
Pushes the Mountain, Lung Qi Purge, Starlight Breathing, Tiger Returns to the Mountain. Ending meditation and guided imagery. 40 minutes.
.EnerQi Yoga: Immune Boost
Practice a blend of qigong and yoga designed to purify your energy system, increase your supply of qi, cleanse the lung and large intestine meridians,
and boost kidney qi. 60 minutes.
