YOGA
What is Slow Yoga?

Mindfully stretch and strengthen, exploring floor and standing yoga postures at
a soft and quiet pace.  Soothing and rejuvenating.
Intensity Level: Moderate.


What is Simple Yoga?

Release stress and tension, enjoying postures and movements from drawn
from the systems of Gentle Yoga (gentle stretches), Acu-Yoga (poses and
movements with self-acupressure), Yin Yoga (long-held deep stretches), and
Qigong (meditative movement).
Intensity Level: Easy.


What is Yin Yoga?

Sink deeply into stillness with long-held stretches on the floor, opening space
and ease in joints, muscles, and connective tissues.  Therapeutic for body,
mind, and spirit.
Intensity Level: Easy to Moderate.

What do I need?

Yoga is performed in bare feet on a yoga mat in comfortable clothing you can
stretch in.  Mats and props are provided.  You may want to dress in layers or
long sleeves/pants to stay warm throughout the session.
